About Us

Team Roles

          Our team consists of three members; Stephanie Krogen, Talia Dalzell, and Rit Bezbaurah.  Stephanie is the CEO, Talia is the Chief Designer, and Rit is the Chief Engineer.  Our roles descriptions are as follows:

          We decided as a team that it was best for us to each split up and work on our own for some parts of this challenge, but that we also needed to work together.  When we did our researching and brainstorming we each did our own and then shared it with each other.  By sharing our ideas we came up with better ones that involved everyone’s thoughts.  This made our ideas better and stronger.  For the testing portion we figured it was easier if we all just worked together.  We went on field trips and to interviews with local professionals together, so no one missed out and we all got to ask questions which made it easier for us to all be accountable for the information.

          We met about once a week for at least one and a half hours at a time.  We ran our meetings like a business meeting.  We started out with a social time at the beginning of each meeting.  After we were done socializing we got right to work on our project.  We also took breaks to relax and get our energy out so we could work better.  We used SkyDrive to organize our information.  This was easy because everyone could access and edit all of our information for this project.

  Since Rit was the only boy on the team he did tolerate some girl talk.  We learned that boys and girls can work effectively together.  We picked up on Rit’s good work ethic, when he needed to get something done it got done.  He can also be funny around his friends.  We got to see the fun side and serious side of everyone on our team.
